Ultra Prep for thick & cracked colour coats removes all dressings, protectors, waxes and oils from the surface to be repaired or coloured.

Ultra Prep will open the pores of the leather so that it will readily accept all repair and colouring materials.

Ultra Prep should be applied in heavy wet quantities if you're working with "Top Coated/Protected" leather.

For Aniline, Nubuck and Suede, Ultra Prep should be lightly sprayed onto the surface, immediately followed by a light brushing with a soft brush, then wiped dry.

If you have thick layers of paint or rough cracks, you may benefit from using Leather Prep with a Scotchbrite.

Directions for use

1. Clean the surface thoroughly with Cleaner.

2. Thoroughly clean the surface 3-4 times with Silicone Wash.

3. Thoroughly clean the leather surface 2 times with Ultra prep (Scotchbrite or terry cloth).

4. Sand the leather surface thoroughly with sandpaper (coarse grit 280-500).

5. Wipe the surface thoroughly 2 more times with Ultra Prep and a terry cloth, then you are finished with the Leather Prep.
